§ 1 Scope, customer information

The following general terms and conditions regulate the contractual relationship between MondMohn and consumers (a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed) who buy goods through this shop. Conditions that contradict or deviate from our terms and conditions are not recognized by us. The contract language is German.

§ 3 Customer information: Storage of your order data

Your order with details of the concluded contract (e.g. type of product, price, etc.) will be saved by us. We will send you the terms and conditions, but you can also access the terms and conditions on our website at any time after the conclusion of the contract. As a registered customer, you can access your previous orders via the customer log-in area (user account).

§ 4 Payment

When you place your order, you provide your credit card details. After you have been legitimized as the rightful cardholder, the payment transaction will be carried out automatically and your card will be charged.

PayPal

In the ordering process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, legitimize with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us. After placing the order in the shop, we ask PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by PayPal immediately afterwards. You'll get more information during the ordering process.

§ 5 Delivery area, delivery costs and delivery times

The time it takes to get an item ready for shipping varies from item to item. You can find more details in the respective article details.

Orders and deliveries are only possible within Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal , Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Turkey, United Kingdom, Hungary, Cyprus possible. Unless otherwise agreed or otherwise stated on the article, I advise the delivery on working days after receipt of payment (advance payment) and for e-payments (PayPal, paydirekt, credit card, instant transfer, purchase on account, purchase in installments, Amazon Payments) after receipt of the order and accompanying confirmation of your payment by the payment service provider.

We only deliver by post. Unfortunately, a self collection of the product is not possible.

§ 6 Revocation

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity.

Buyers bear the shipping costs for returns. In the event that the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

§ 7 Customs and Import Fees

Buyers are responsible for any customs or import charges incurred. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs.

§ 8 Dispute Resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

§ 9 retention of title

The purchase remains our property until full payment.
